Planning Board Attorney Service

The Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County requests qualifications for a Planning Board Attorney to provide services for the county government in Perry, Florida. To be eligible, the applicant must be a USA-based organization and a member in good standing of The Florida Bar who is familiar with the Taylor County Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations. Applicants must submit their written interest and qualifications in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFQ – Planning Board Attorney" to the Taylor County Clerk of Court by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2026. The county will not accept faxed, emailed, or late submissions. The retainer and hourly rate will be negotiated, and the Board of County Commissioners will decide whom to interview after reviewing the publicly opened qualifications.
