Sponsorship Program Management Services

The Town of Gilbert, Arizona requires a full-service sponsorship management partner for its Parks and Recreation Department. The selected vendor will perform a four-phase scope of work that includes conducting asset inventories and market valuations, developing tiered sponsorship packages, and actively soliciting corporate sponsors for facilities like Cactus Yards, Desert Sky Park, and Gilbert Regional Park, as well as evaluating special events assets. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations, though local representation is not strictly required. Proposers must submit typed or ink PDF proposals via email by November 5, 2026. A pre-proposal conference will take place on October 21, 2026, at 10:00 am Arizona Time, and all inquiries must be submitted by October 29, 2026, at 2:00 pm Arizona Time. Proposals will be evaluated based on Organizational Capacity and Experience (30%), Key Personnel and Staffing (10%), Fee and Commission Structure (20%), and positive reference feedback, communication practices, and reporting cadence. The initial contract term runs from execution through June 30, 2028, with options to extend for up to three additional one-year terms, and budget figures will be determined from submitted fee proposals.
