Structured Literacy Coaching Services

The buyer needs a vendor to provide structured literacy coaching services to support the implementation of multisensory structured literacy practices. The requested scope includes classroom walkthroughs with building leaders, group coaching sessions, a leader track for literacy leaders, structured literacy courses, and a supervised practicum and certification. These services aim to build sustainable building and classroom practices that improve literacy outcomes for all K-3 students through in-person, multi-day visits tailored to each building's schedule. Eligible applicants are limited to onshore USA organizations. The contract term is three years, and the work will be performed offsite. Applicants must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
