Janitorial Services

Douglas County requires a vendor to provide onsite janitorial services for its facility located in Castle Rock, CO. The contractor must perform glass, metal, and floor cleaning, mop and maintain supply areas, and assign a supervisor to track requests and complaints. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Douglas County will supply all consumable paper products, trash bags, stainless steel cleaner, and cleaning chemicals. Interested vendors must submit their responses digitally through email or online. All questions regarding the solicitation are due no later than October 21, 2026. The contract term covers a period of one year, and the county is currently seeking budget proposals.
