Behavioral Health Workforce Data and Measurement Support Service

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), Bureau of Workforce Sustainability, requires a contractor to provide behavioral health workforce data and measurement support services in Columbus, OH. Scope of work includes conducting a national SME review of the agency's workforce framework, identifying recommended data indicators and sources via a metrics crosswalk, reviewing and refining the statewide needs assessment survey instrument, and delivering ongoing strategic advisory and technical assistance across the professional continuum. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to bid.
