Armored Car Services

The City of Port St. Lucie seeks qualified contractors to provide armored car services for the secure collection, transport, and delivery of funds from designated City facilities to its designated financial institution. The scope of work requires secure pickups performed between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM on consistent schedules using armored vehicles and proper security protocols. Contractors must ensure all personnel are trained, licensed, and equipped, while also satisfying specified business automobile liability and general insurance requirements. Eligibility is limited to onshore, USA-only organizations with valid licenses or state certifications for this type of work. Proposals must be uploaded electronically through the City's online supplier portal by November 4, 2026, at 2:30 PM. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026. Submissions must include mandatory forms such as a bid bond, Non-Collusion Affidavit, E-Verify Form, Certificate of Insurance, and W-9. The contract period will be two years.
