SCADA Integration Services

The Village of Oak Park needs a qualified contractor to provide SCADA integration services for its drinking water system. The required scope includes repairs, maintenance, improvements, and upgrades to software and hardware across three pumping stations, as well as servicing field devices located outdoors or in confined spaces. Bidders must be USA-based entities with at least ten years of recorded experience in drinking water operation-related SCADA and three references from similar past projects. The contractor's emergency response dispatch location must be within 30 miles of the Village limits, and subcontractors are strictly prohibited. All questions must be submitted by October 21, 2026. Sealed proposals on official company letterhead using the provided Proposal Form are due by 3:00 p.m. local time on October 28, 2026, delivered to the Public Works Center or submitted digitally. Proposals must include complete fee structures and billing rates, and the Village will compensate the selected contractor through monthly progress payments.
