Project Management and Advisory Services for New Financial System

The City of Pembroke invites written proposals from qualified firms to provide project management and advisory services for selecting and implementing a new financial system. The scope includes the potential selection of a separate payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling solution featuring secure general ledger integration. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only Canadian onshore organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Interested vendors must submit written questions to purchasing no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, November 5, 2026. Applicants may obtain complete proposal documents in electronic PDF format by emailing purchasing. Applicants must submit proposals by 2:00:59 PM local time on Thursday, November 12, 2026, either as four hard copies or as one signed PDF sent by email to purchasing. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and the lowest priced proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
