Enterprise GIS, Amazon Web Services Cloud, and Systems Integration Consulting Services

The City of Carson seeks sealed electronic proposals from qualified firms for on-call enterprise GIS, Amazon Web Services cloud, and systems integration consulting services. The chosen contractor will maintain, enhance, and expand the City’s AWS-hosted enterprise GIS environment, develop GIS solutions, integrate GIS with enterprise systems, manage data and analytics, provide technical support, and offer strategic guidance to strengthen capabilities for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The majority of the work must be performed by the awarded contractor, and performance will take place offsite. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations. The contract term is five years, and the work will be requested on an as-needed basis. Proposers must register and submit their proposals electronically via PlanetBids by October 29, 2026, at 1:00 PM PST. All questions must be submitted through the PlanetBids Q&A tab by October 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM PST. Submissions must include a completed official Cost File form (Exhibit C) covering all labor, materials, and sales tax, alongside required general attachments, affidavits, certifications, a client reference list, and any proposed redlined contract modifications.
