IT Service Management (ITSM) Platform

The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) seeks qualified vendors to provide staff augmentation services consisting of one experienced FreshService consultant under a one-year contract term. The selected consultant will support offsite administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of CHA’s FreshService IT service management platform, including workflows, reporting, service catalog management, asset management, and SLA configuration. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the proposed candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship. Bidders must register as a CHA vendor prior to contract award and must maintain required insurance policies, including $1,000,000 per occurrence Technology Errors & Omissions coverage. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online, and vendors must submit proposals outlining their budget.
