Telephone System Maintenance Service

The Hawaii Department of Transportation requires maintenance services for the telephone system at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, Oahu, under State Project No. BO1641-53. The selected contractor must perform system performance evaluations, adjustments, calibrations, preventative maintenance per manufacturer manuals, and provide moves, adds, and changes. To be eligible, bidders must be USA organizations and possess a valid State of Hawaii Specialty Contractor license (C-13 or C-15) at the time of bidding. Proof of compliance with HRS section 103D-310(c), including a tax clearance certificate, is required upon contract award. Bidders must submit complete proposals online via HIePRO by November 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. HST. A virtual pre-bid conference takes place on October 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. HST, with attendee contacts due two working days prior. Bidders must submit all RFI questions and substitution requests through HIePRO by October 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. HST. Contract award will be based on the evaluation of submitted proposals, using the total amount for comparison of bids.
