Photography Services

Galena Park Independent School District is soliciting proposals for photography services to capture annual fall and spring student portraits, staff headshots, student ID cards, fine arts, athletics, student groups, and special events. Vendors must conduct professional onsite sessions that minimize instructional disruption and deliver edited event photographs within 10 business days. Eligibility is limited to USA-based onshore vendors, and the contract term spans one year with an anticipated award date of January 11, 2027. Vendors can submit proposals online via the GPISD eBid system or manually deliver one sealed original hard copy and one flash drive to the district's Purchasing Department. No faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted. Applicants must complete all required proposal attributes and upload or submit required attachments, including references, Form 1295, Conflict of Interest forms, criminal history certifications, liability insurance certificates, and student data privacy agreements. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department by November 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. The final deadline to submit proposals is November 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT.
