New Years Eve Fireworks Display Service

The City of Shelton requires a vendor to provide labor, materials, equipment, and all services necessary for a minimum twenty-minute New Years Eve fireworks display on December 31, 2026. Scope details specify that fireworks shells may not exceed five inches in length, special effect barrages and a grand finale must be provided, and the contractor must secure and properly store all fireworks and equipment if inclement weather occurs. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit questions through the City's portal by October 22, 2026, and all final bid proposals must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov Procurement Portal by 11:00 am on October 30, 2026. Applicants must complete all required questionnaire sections and upload necessary submittals, including a current Certificate of Insurance and a signed, notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit.
