Financial Advisory Services

Maricopa County needs a vendor to provide offsite financial advisory services on an as-needed basis regarding debt issuances, debt management, capital financing, and related financial strategies. The vendor will consult with County officials and financing professionals to evaluate borrowing methods, analyze refunding, review transaction documents, and recommend strategies to minimize borrowing costs and risks. Only USA onshore organizations registered in BidNet Direct to the Arizona Purchasing Group are eligible to bid. Applicants must submit all proposals and required attachments electronically through BidNet Direct prior to the indicated closing date and time. Inquiries about the bid must be submitted through the e-procurement platform no later than October 27, 2026. The County is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
