Enterprise Security Video Surveillance System

The Minnesota government authority requires a vendor to provide an enterprise security video surveillance system and evaluate its current aging, legacy architecture. The contractor will assess the camera ecosystem, evaluate performance and cybersecurity risks, review network and storage architecture, identify disaster recovery gaps, and deliver modernization options with budgetary recommendations through onsite performance during a one-year contract term. Eligible bidders are limited to onshore US organizations. Responders must submit digital responses via email or online, ensuring the technical proposal contains no cost information and submitting Attachment C Cost Detail as a separate document. Applicants must also complete required forms regarding non-collusion, organizational conflicts, lobbying, terms exceptions, and workforce declarations. All questions are due no later than October 26, 2026.
