Data Migration Review Services

The Quinault Indian Nation requires data migration review services to review merged files moving from one web-based meeting software program to another. The selected vendor must review 9 to 10 years of sub-committee and business committee meeting data migrated from Novus to verify dates, times, titles, agendas, changes, and accurate meeting placement. Work must be performed onsite in Taholah, WA, using a pre-loaded laptop provided by the buyer. Eligible applicants are US-based organizations possessing a minimum of one year of administrative, proofreading, or data entry experience, as well as the required technical resources and integrity to perform successfully. Proposals must include a letter of interest, a resume, three professional administrative or data entry references, and a total project proposal amount. Applicants must submit questions by 5:00 PM PST on October 26, 2026, and deliver searchable PDF, Word, or Excel proposals by email to [email protected], mail, or courier by 5:00 PM PST on October 28, 2026. The buyer evaluates vendors based on capability, past performance, technical capacity, and best overall value, reserving the right to award to a vendor other than the lowest bidder.
