The City of Garden City, Kansas requires a qualified executive recruitment firm to perform offsite executive search services for its next City Manager. The selected consultant must manage the recruitment process, including stakeholder engagement with Spanish-language accessibility, candidate profile development, nationwide passive and active recruitment, applicant screening, background investigations, contract negotiation assistance, and onboarding support. Eligible bidders are USA-based organizations demonstrating significant experience recruiting executive-level local government positions, with preference given to firms experienced in local government recruitments. The selected consultant will sign a professional services agreement that includes a requirement to conduct one replacement search at no additional fee if the placed candidate leaves within 24 months.
