Avaya Enterprise Communications System

The buyer requires a vendor to provide and maintain an Avaya Enterprise Communications System that supports local and remote voice processing applications, Call Management System software across two sites, and Voice Announcement over LAN Boards. The requested scope includes maintaining all software and hardware for the Avaya ECS, Avaya IR, Avaya Aura Messaging, and adjunct systems, as well as managing a Redsky brand E911 system, Extreme Network fabric routing, Avaya administrative tools, and UPS network connections for data capture. Only USA-based (Onshore) organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office premises. Interested applicants must submit their questions no later than October 27, 2026, and submit proposals for the project budget.
