Per Diem Nursing and Care Management Services

Contracted care managers will implement the Aging and Disability Resource Connection and Personal Assistance Services Program initiatives, attend Disability Advisory council meetings, and complete annual continuing education training. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid.
