Communication Franchise Services

Louisville Metro requires a vendor to provide communication franchise services by installing or maintaining facilities within agency rights of way to deliver communication services. The requested scope includes providing a signed application, a proposed system description detailed by council district and system components, a description of planned communication services, full ownership disclosures, relevant authority certificates or waiver statements, and required insurance policies and bonds. Only USA onshore corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, or other business entities authorized by the Secretary of State to do business in the state are eligible to apply. Applicants must digitally submit their proposals online or via email and deliver a non-refundable $2,500 application fee along with a copy of a $1,000,000 Franchise Bond to the Louisville Metro Purchasing Department by the e-portal deadline.
