Fluid Analysis Kits and Laboratory Testing Services

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department seeks a vendor to supply fluid sampling kits and perform laboratory testing services for City-owned heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. The vendor must furnish bulk sampling kits compatible with motor oil, power steering fluid, engine coolant, transmission fluid, and hydraulic fluid to the City's Fleet Management facility. Additionally, the contractor must conduct laboratory analyses and email PDF reports with recommendations to designated personnel to support preventative maintenance throughout Fiscal Year 2027. Only US organizations are eligible to bid. Interested parties must submit a cost proposal detailing all expenses alongside their technical proposal. Applicants must submit all questions no later than October 26, 2026.
