ICOR Mini Caliber Robot Supplies and Services

The City of Lansing is seeking a vendor to supply an ICOR Mini Caliber robot and related services, specifically the MINI-R1.5-120 Caliber MINI R1.5 model with a 1.4GHz radio. The scope includes offsite performance, FOB delivered product pricing with shipping included, spec sheets, and manufacturer warranty information, but no installation is required. Bidders must be USA-based organizations and current on all taxes, licenses, fees, and permits owed to the City of Lansing. Bids from MBE/WBE vendors are encouraged, and preference is given to Lansing-based job providers as well as products manufactured and assembled in the United States. All questions must be submitted by October 15, 2026. Sealed bids must be completed on the provided form and submitted electronically via the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) or delivered in person to the City of Lansing Purchasing Office by 12:00 p.m. local time on October 29, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, award the contract in whole or in part based on available budget, and select the proposal that best serves the interest of the City. Total ordered quantities are estimated and depend on final costs.
