Dental Services

The Maryland Department of Juvenile Services seeks a vendor to provide on-site dental services for youth aged twelve to twenty detained at the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center. Scope of work includes delivering comprehensive dental care, conducting preventive care visits, treating acute and chronic conditions, providing program management, and responding to emergency calls. The contractor must provide at least one qualified dentist for up to sixteen hours per week, preferably on Tuesdays and Fridays between 8 AM and 5 PM. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to apply. Proposed dentists must hold a degree from an accredited dental school, a valid Maryland license, three years of relevant professional experience, current DEA and OCSA registrations, AHA or Red Cross CPR certification, and submit binding Letters of Commitment. Applicants must also submit proposed dental charting forms for approval alongside their bids. The award term is six months, and all dental equipment and supplies will be provided by the buyer on-site.
