Website Design and Development Service

The Town of Chilhowie needs a qualified firm or individual to provide offsite website design and development services. The selected vendor must deliver a modern, mobile-responsive, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant website that clearly communicates town services and allows easy maintenance by town staff. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Interested parties must submit a proposal detailing their qualifications, relevant experience, proposed approach, project timeline, and pricing. Submissions are due by 4:00 p.m. on November 30, 2026, and the Town is currently seeking budget proposals from interested applicants.
