Energy Market Subscription Services

The Department of Energy and Minerals requires energy market subscription services to supply timely, defensible, and well-documented third-party market information, forecast data, market intelligence, and specialized analytical support. The contractor will perform work offsite to support state budget and fiscal processes, royalty analysis, policy development, strategic planning, investment attraction, executive briefings, and special-topic research. The contractor must provide all necessary facilities to perform the scope of work. Eligibility is limited to onshore Canadian organizations. Proponents must submit their proposals through the APC E-submission Platform by 14:00:59 Alberta Time on November 13, 2026. Applicants must direct questions to [email protected]. Proposals must follow the specified organizational format, including a Proposal Submission Form, mandatory requirements, desirable provisions, corporate qualifications, and resource details. The evaluation team will assess all mandatory requirements and score desirable provisions, rejecting non-compliant proposals. Pricing on an All Inclusive or Fixed Price plus Expense basis will be determined when the Province enters into a contract with a proponent.
