Snow Removal Services

The government authority in Lawrence, Kansas needs a vendor to provide on-call snow and ice removal services for agency-owned streets, parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, loading docks, and emergency routes. The requested scope includes snow plowing, snow blowing, deicing with approved materials, snow hauling, clearing ADA-accessible routes, emergency storm response, post-storm cleanup, and removing drifting snow and refreezing hazards. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will take place onsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 22, 2026, and a pre-bid conference will occur on October 30, 2026. The contract period will run for three years, and the buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
