Invest Atlanta and the Urban Residential Finance Authority of the City of Atlanta seek Georgia-licensed attorneys to form a qualified pool for conducting residential real estate closings under the Invest Atlanta Homeownership Incentives Program. Selected attorneys must manage closing files, maintain professional liability insurance, complete mandatory program training, and execute subordinate-loan closings according to specific fee restrictions. Eligible applicants are Georgia-licensed attorneys and USA-based organizations with the capacity to support program volume. Applicants must submit questions via email to [email protected] by 5:00 PM ET on November 2, 2026. Proposals are due electronically in PDF format to the same email address by 5:00 PM ET on November 16, 2026. Submissions must begin with Appendix A and include the mandatory qualifications certification, a fee structure, proof of E-Verify participation, and all required forms outlined in Section XIII. An evaluation committee will review responses between November 2026 and December 2026, and a binding contract requires a fully executed written agreement.
