RFI for Based Medical Training and Program Support Services - Sources Sought

The government authority located in North Carolina is seeking sources to provide based medical training and program support services. The selected vendor must provide human cadavers, medical equipment, Class VIII supplies, training days, transportation or logistical support, Subject Matter Expert support, and medical training support. Medical training support includes instruction on specific surgical procedures, such as escharotomy, cricothyroidotomy, chest tube placement/thoracostomy, needle decompression for pneumothorax, and finger thoracostomy. The training must also cover upper and lower extremity fasciotomy, laceration repair, and intraosseous access placement. To be eligible, applicants must be onshore United States organizations. The work performance will occur offsite, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
