Asynchronous Ethics and Budget Training Service

The Alaska Department of Education and Early Development (DEED) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design and deliver asynchronous ethics and budget training modules for Alaska school board members. The offsite work involves providing ethics and budgeting training content that will be housed on DEED's online e-learning platform. Eligible offerors are onshore USA organizations, and the contract term is for one year. Proposals must include an introduction signed by an authorized officer, a project understanding, methodology, timeline, management plan, and experience details. Vendors must not disclose costs in their technical proposals. All questions must be submitted by October 23, 2026, and proposals are due by October 30, 2026. DEED evaluates proposals out of 1,000 total points, including 150 points for understanding of the project, 100 points for methodology, 100 points for the management plan, 150 points for experience and qualifications, cost evaluation points, and a 10% point preference for qualifying Alaska offerors.
