Beverages Service

Capital Region BOCES requires a vendor to provide beverage services and deliver specified bottled and canned plain water products onsite in Albany, NY. The requested items include Saratoga Water, PET blue bottle water, plain canned water, flavored canned water, and Crystal Geyser gallon bottles. Bidders must submit both a hard copy and an unchanged Microsoft Excel file on a USB flash drive for the Vendor Bid Sheet, alongside required Exhibits A and A-1 through A-9. Submissions must be signed in ink by an authorized officer, and oral, telephonic, electronic, or faxed bids will not be considered. Bidders based in the United States are eligible, while vendors listed on the System for Award Management exclusion list are ineligible. Bidders must maintain Worker's Compensation, Automobile Liability, and Commercial General Liability insurance naming Capital Region BOCES as an additional insured. The contract period spans one year, and all questions regarding the bid must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026. All bid prices must include inside delivery freight quoted F.O.B. Destination to designated locations.
