Umpqua Community College requires a vendor to furnish, install, stock, and maintain snack and beverage vending machines in Roseburg, Oregon under a five-year, commission-generating concession agreement. The scope includes providing a fresh product selection where at least 30 percent of slots offer healthier options, dispensing beverages in non-glass containers, ensuring personnel wear company uniforms, and completing all equipment installation and removal at no cost to the college. Eligibility is open to USA onshore organizations, and work must be performed onsite. Proposals must be submitted by email as a direct attachment to [email protected] no later than November 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted to the single point of contact by October 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time. Submissions must include Attachment A, a narrative response not exceeding 20 pages, Attachment B, Attachment C, Attachment D, a signed W-9, and acknowledged addenda. An evaluation committee of college staff will independently score responsive proposals based on established criteria, followed by a responsibility review and reference checks.
