Electronic Security Upgrades System

The government authority in Portland, OR requires a vendor to provide a complete electronic security upgrades system. The selected vendor must supply all materials, equipment, labor, and services to deliver, fabricate, assemble, install, program, commission, set up, adjust, and align the Access Control system. The scope includes providing interface equipment, isolation devices, as-installed riser diagrams, wire run lists, pin-out schedules, and screen-capture user guides. All systems must operate on nominal AC power of 120 VAC and 208 VAC at 60Hz and remain fully functional throughout the project, with any planned disruptions coordinated at least two weeks in advance. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA entities, and all work must be performed onsite. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 28, 2026, and the buyer is requesting proposals for the budget. The contract period will span one year.
