Description
AI GeneratedThe Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, issued a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract to Agilent Technologies, Inc. The buyer requires maintenance and support services for Agilent mass spectrometry equipment, including CrossLab Silver coverage for 6465 Triple Quadrupole LC/MS systems and CrossLab passthrough services. The contract term covers a base year from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through October 31, 2031. Because Agilent holds proprietary rights to instrument firmware, software updates, and diagnostic tools, the buyer considers them the only source capable of providing these unique services. Although this is not a request for competitive quotes, interested parties demonstrating the capability to meet these requirements may submit response materials to Contracting Officer Lindsey Zwaagstra at [email protected]. Submissions must arrive by October 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM Mountain Time.
