The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks expressions of interest to lease a maximum of 5,469 rentable square feet (3,969 ABOA) of contiguous clinical space in Mobile, Alabama for outpatient Veteran readjustment counseling. The required space must fall within a specified delineated area bounded by Zeiger Road/Spring Hill Ave, US I-10, North Water Street, and Sollie Road/Cody Road, and it must include 30 on-site parking spaces with at least two reserved ADA-accessible spaces. The lease term will be 20 years with either a 7-year or 10-year firm commitment as a full-service lease.
