Wayfinding Signage Services

The City of Savannah seeks a qualified vendor to fabricate and install 15 specially designed roadway and directional signs and poles within the Downtown Savannah area. The project requires the vendor to fabricate the signs and poles within three months of award and complete installation within one month after fabrication, including applying for all applicable local and state permits. Only onshore (USA organization) vendors registered as suppliers on the City of Savannah’s website are eligible to bid. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the supplier portal, including line-item pricing and all mandatory checklist documents such as the Bid Proposal Form, Exception Sheet, Non-Discrimination Statement, and required affidavits. The City will evaluate bids and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that meets or exceeds all specifications. Bidders must submit their financial proposals by entering line-item pricing directly into the portal's lines tab.
