2026 Audio and Visual (A/V) Maintenance Services

The Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund invites bids for 2026 Audio/Visual (A/V) Maintenance services under a three-year contract. The scope covers offsite A/V maintenance for approximately 34 conference and huddle rooms equipped with various A/V products, digital displays, and a Logitech Tap system with a video display and camera. The required services include at least one annual preventative maintenance visit per contract year and 24x7x365 unlimited remote help desk support. Eligibility is limited to onshore U.S. organizations. Interested vendors must submit proposals by written form via email, online, facsimile, registered mail, certified mail, or hand delivery to IMRF by 3:30 PM CDT on November 4, 2026. Submissions must include the bid specification cost sheet, a completed Exhibit B verification form, responses to required company and service program questions, and proof of required insurance.
