Internal Funds Auditing Services

The Hendry County School District requires internal funds auditing services to perform ongoing financial verifications, five-year comprehensive risk assessments, and other audits or reviews. Eligible proposers must be onshore, USA-only qualified Certified Public Accounting firms with the capacity and experience to provide complete professional auditing services under Florida Statutes. Work will be performed offsite, though firms must commit to mandatory in-person meetings and fieldwork. Proposals are due by November 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. ET, with a public opening on November 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online, and applicants must include a completed Attachment I Cost Proposal Form detailing their fees. The evaluation panel will score proposals using criteria that include Audit Approach, Methodology & Work Plan (up to 35 points) and Cost Proposal and Fee Structure (up to 15 points). The lowest total proposed cost for base services receives the maximum cost points, and the Auditor Selection Committee will rank and recommend no fewer than three firms to the School Board.
