The City of Fort Wayne seeks a cloud-hosted operational technology threat detection and asset visibility platform. The required scope includes SaaS implementation, data migration, continuous passive monitoring, asset inventory, vulnerability awareness, and cybersecurity threat detection across industrial control systems and SCADA environments. The platform must passively discover all IP-connected OT/ICS devices, feature a cloud-hosted or hybrid management console, and secure sensor data in transit. Eligible USA-based vendors must submit proposals offsite through Quest Online Bidding.
