IT Support Services

The Town of Calmar is issuing this Request for Proposals to secure a vendor to deliver IT support services onshore in Canada. The required scope encompasses desktop applications support, network administration services, IT strategic planning, and friendly help desk support available at a minimum from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Work will be performed on-site for the government authority in Calmar, Alberta. Proponents must submit proposals in English using either one electronic copy via USB or email to [email protected], or three hard copies delivered by hand, courier, or mail. Submissions are due to Reception or the contract manager by Friday, November 6, 2026, at 2:00:00 p.m. Alberta Time. Proposals must include an executive summary, proposal narrative, profile and team qualifications, at least three client references, and a fee proposal quoted in Canadian dollars detailing monthly pricing and hourly rates. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria including understanding of project requirements and objectives, approach, proponent qualifications, and fee structure.
