Youth Feedback Survey Services

The government authority in Edmonton, Alberta, requires a vendor to provide weekly youth feedback survey services for roughly 1,600 young people whose work with an advocate or lawyer ended in the year. The selected vendor must review eligibility for approximately 30 eligible youth per week, make initial contact attempts within two weeks of receiving names, and conduct surveys via phone, text, Facebook Messenger, or an electronic link.
