Economic Development Director and Executive Recruitment Services

The City of Antioch Human Resources Department seeks proposals from qualified onshore recruitment and consulting firms to provide executive recruitment services for the Economic Development Director position. The selected consultant must develop and execute a targeted recruitment strategy, conduct outreach across regional organizations and private sectors, screen candidates, support the interview process, and create evaluation materials. At the City’s discretion, the resulting agreement may be extended through June 30, 2027, to cover additional executive or senior leadership recruitments. Eligible applicants include USA-based organizations with substantial and relevant executive recruiting experience. Consultants and their subcontractors must maintain all legally required professional licenses, permits, approvals, and a valid City business license. Proposals are due by October 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
