Lottery Ticket Dispensers Services

The Vermont Department of Buildings and General Services, Office of Purchasing & Contracting, seeks proposals to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide in-counter and on-counter lottery ticket dispensers. Bidders may bid on either or both display types, providing products that meet strict dimensional, compatibility, and feature specifications, with an anticipated typical demand of 100 to 200 units annually delivered to Barre, VT. Bidding is open to onshore US organizations. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online by November 12, 2026, at 4:30 PM ET, and include a cover letter, technical response, references, sample reporting documentation, a completed Certificate of Compliance, and a Price Schedule.
