RFI for Social Media Archiving Solution

The buyer requires information, market research, technical capabilities, and estimated costs for a social media archiving solution. The requested scope includes near real-time automated archiving of posts, comments, replies, images, videos, and direct messages across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Flickr, and Nextdoor. The vendor must explain platform coverage, capture frequency, handling of modified or deleted content, search and discovery features, export file formats, implementation, and ongoing support. Eligibility is limited to onshore US organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Vendors must submit questions no later than October 29, 2026. Vendors can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests cost estimates to assist with budget planning.
