Benefits Broker Service

The government authority in New Haven, CT requires a vendor to provide benefits broker services to develop a customized employee benefits plan covering medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, STD, LTD, and EAP services. The selected broker must negotiate with providers, analyze plan reports, recommend cost containment and wellness strategies, assist with contract implementation, deliver performance metrics, and support overall plan administration, open enrollment, and dedicated customer service for employees, retirees, and dependents. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this onsite work. Interested vendors must attend a pre-bid conference on October 23, 2026, and submit all questions no later than November 2, 2026. The resulting contract will have a one-year term, and the authority is currently accepting budget proposals.
