RFI Fleet Card Services

The Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services for the State of Oregon requires industry feedback regarding fleet card services to aid in developing future competitive solicitations. The requested scope includes information on vehicle cards, electric vehicle charging access, aviation fuel options, card technology, reporting, security, rebates, and future enhancements. Work performance is onshore in the USA and onsite in Oregon, with an anticipated contract period of one year. Eligibility is open to USA-only onshore suppliers. Responders must submit concise electronic responses via OregonBuys or email to Jennifer Jolley at [email protected] by 5:00 PM on November 4, 2026. The state will not evaluate responses or award contracts from this informal request for information, and responders will receive no reimbursement for submission costs.
