Tableau Software

Jordan School District seeks a vendor to provide Tableau software licenses, including Tableau Cloud Creator renewal licenses and Tableau Cloud Viewer renewal licenses. Performance of the work will be offsite, and contract pricing must be guaranteed for a one-year term. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit proposals electronically through the U3P Bonfire portal by 12:00 p.m. MDT on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. All questions must be submitted by Monday, October 19, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. MDT. Submissions must include a signed Public Contract Boycott Restrictions Statement, a Student Data Privacy Agreement if applicable, and a declaration regarding debarment or suspension status. Proposals will be evaluated in three stages: a pass/fail review of mandatory minimum requirements, a technical evaluation, and a cost evaluation to award the contract to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid.
