Commissioning Professional Services

The Mississippi Department of Archives and History (MDAH) is seeking qualifications for professional building commissioning services in Jackson, Mississippi. The selected vendor must assist in developing project requirement and basis of design documents, create commissioning plans and verification checklists, review design documents, monitor contractor startup, oversee TAB efforts, conduct functional performance tests, track issues, and help coordinate owner training. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite.
