Property Tax Management Software

The County of San Luis Obispo Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector is issuing a Request for Information to seek information and pricing ranges from vendors of commercial, hosted property tax software. The buyer intends to replace its legacy PTAX system with a vendor-hosted Software-as-a-Service model that handles tax collector functions, auditor-controller property tax functions, and required system integrations. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit responses, and respondents must perform the work offsite. Interested vendors must submit written questions by email by October 23, 2026. Respondents must email their completed digital responses in PDF format to [email protected] by November 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Because this document is an RFI for planning purposes, the buyer will not issue an award or evaluate responses for a contract. Respondents must provide non-binding price ranges for total cost of ownership to assist the County with future budget planning.
