APS Forensic Medical Services

The Nevada Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) seeks quotes for offsite forensic medical services to assist Adult Protective Services investigators with complex medical records statewide. The selected contractor must review records, examine documents, begin analysis within three working days of a request, and provide full written reports within ten working days. Additional duties include offering expert opinions on abuse, neglect, wounds, medications, and injuries, with the potential for subpoenaed testimony in criminal prosecutions. Eligible bidders are onshore USA organizations that hold a Nevada state business license and agree not to boycott Israel or require out-of-state dispute filings. Evaluators will score proposals based on experience (45%), cost (30%), and service delivery approach, availability, and response capacity (25%). ADSD intends to award one contract with an expected term of four years.
