The buyer requires information on communications and information capabilities secure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) data platform support services. Requested scope includes platform discovery, environment setup, release planning, deployment support, platform modernization, day-to-day administration, data governance, data integration and engineering, information sharing, and user support. Additional requirements cover secure application programming interfaces, data feeds, file exchange, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and performance management. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to participate. Work performance will occur offsite. The buyer seeks proposals and information regarding availability, maturity, implementation approach, security posture, operational support model, and pricing structures for these secure SaaS data platform capabilities.
